HOW WE MEASURE

first off, grab a pair of your favorite jeans a measuring tape, and find a flat surface to measure on. lay your jeans out flat, smoothing out the fabric to remove all slack. note: double each measurement (except inseam and rise) to correspond with the chart below.
waist : the width of the waistband, from left edge to right edge.
front rise : the length from the bottom of the crotch seam to the top edge of the front of waistband, above the button.
thigh : starting 1” below the crotch seam, the width of the leg.
leg opening : the circumference of the opening at the bottom hem.
inseam : following the inside-leg seam, the length from the crotch seam to the bottom of hem.

Our denim comes in distinct categories (Stretch, Selvedge and Small Batch), for the same reason that sometimes you want an artisanal sipping whiskey, and others a draft beer. The Slim Fit Stretch Faded Wash Jean has all the quality and vintage-inspired design details of our Selvedge jeans but in a unique Stretch Fabric that will convert even the most resolute denim purist . (Try it, you’ll like it). Inspired by a vintage Seventies jean, the Faded Wash sits between a classic blue and a bleached-out wash, and is based on a thrift-shop find. Perfect for someone who is looking for a broken-in or warm-weather jean. Classic details include antique copper rivets, chain stitching on the coin pocket, a suede-embossed patch on the back and TS embroidery on the wearer’s right side.
